A day at the Université d'été

Morning

Courses run from Monday to Friday.
From Tuesday to Friday: in the morning ; on Monday, lessons begin in the afternoon so that students can enjoy a longer weekend, and thereby have ample opportunity to go on tourist excursions.
The mid-day meal is held just after the lessons. Meal times and break times are periods of relaxation and conviviality in which students get together, chat, and generally have a good time.

Afternoon

It is then possible to occupy your afternoons in various ways, according to your wishes. Students may:

Follow the activities programme provided by the activity leaders;
Work in the study room: exercise books and dictionaries may be consulted; our library offers novels, magazines and comic strips;
Enjoy the numerous possibilities in the city and the area on your own. The city centre is 10 minutes walk away; the port and the starting point for walks along the cliffs are 20 minutes away. A network of buses enables you to visit the seaside resorts (Wimereux, Le Touquet and Le Portel, etc).
